Tomorrow, Monday 11 March 2024, at 11.00, a press conference will be held in the Holy See Press Office, Sala San Pio X, Via dell’Ospedale 1, to present the Holy See Pavilion at the 60th International Art Exhibition – Venice Biennale, to take place from 20 April to 24 November 2024.

The speakers will be:

His Eminence Cardinal José Tolentino de Mendonça, prefect of the Dicastery for Culture and Education;

Pres. Giovanni Russo, head of the Department of Prison Administration of the Ministry of Justice of the Italian Republic;

Dr. Chiara Parisi, curator of the Holy See Pavilion;

On Friday 14 March 2024, at 13.00, a press conference will be held in the Holy See Press Office, Sala San Pio X, Via dell’Ospedale 1, to present two documents of the General Secretariat of the Synod: the first, entitled How to be a synodal Church on mission? Five perspectives for theological exploration in view of the Second Session of the XVI Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops; the second, Study Groups for questions raised in the First Session of the XVI Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops to be explored in collaboration with the Dicasteries of the Roman Curia.

The speakers will be:

His Eminence Cardinal Mario Grech, secretary general of the General Secretariat of the Synod;

His Eminence Cardinal Jean-Claude Hollerich, S.J., archbishop of Luxembourg; general rapporteur of the 16th Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops;

Archbishop Filippo Iannone, O. Carm., prefect of the Dicastery for Legislative Texts;

The Reverend Sr. Simona Brambilla, M.C., secretary of the Dicastery for the Institutes of Consecrated Life and the Societies of Apostolic Life;

The Reverend Msgr. Piero Coda, secretary general of the International Theological Commission;

Fr. Giacomo Costa, S.J., consultor of the General Secretariat of the Synod.
